YEAST BREAD
 

Melt: 1 c. hot water

Add: 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs

Dissolve:

Add the yeast mixture to the above. Gradually add 6 to 7 cups all- purpose or bread flour. Knead well. Place in a greased bowl. Let rise until double. Punch down. Shape into 3 loaves. Let rise until double in size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Start out with cold oven. Bread is done when it sounds hollow.
