3 lbs. chicken wings 1/2 c. butter 10 tbsp. hot sauce Wash wings well, disjoint the wings, remove tips and discard them. Cook wings for a few minutes on top of stove in butter and then add the hot sauce and bake for 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven turning them 2 to 3 times until they are crisp. I like mine covered with foil so they don't get crisp. |
