3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, diced 2 c. celery 1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. grated cheese 1 c. potato chips Mix together turkey, celery, lemon juice, onion, salt, and cheese. Put salad dressing and potato chips on top. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees. |
