2 green peppers, chopped 2 onions, chopped 1 c. celery, chopped 1 can pineapple (20 oz.) 1 c. shredded coconut 1 pkg. chow mein noodles 1 c. chopped almonds 1 chicken, cooked, deboned & shredded or chopped Salt & pepper to taste 4 c. cooked rice 2 c. Sweet `n Sour Sauce Put cooked rice in center of plate and flatten like a pancake. Put chicken pieces on top of rice. Add a layer of green pepper, onion and celery. Add: 2 tbsp. chopped pineapple 2 tbsp. coconut 2 tbsp. chow mein noodles 2 tbsp. almonds Pour Sweet `n Sour Sauce on top of everything. |
