ANNA'S CRUNCHY CHICKEN
 

3 c. corn flakes
10 chicken legs
3/4 stick butter
Seasoned salt
Paprika

Equipment:

Gal. size Zip-loc bag
Rolling pin
Pie plate
Sm. frying pan
9x13" baking pan
1 grown up assistant to help with hot stove & oven

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put corn flakes in plastic bag and crush with rolling pin. Then dump in the pie pan.

Wash drumsticks and pat dry with paper towel.

In the small fry pan, melt butter over medium heat.

With fork or tongs, roll each drumstick in the butter, then in the crushed corn flakes until covered.

Put the corn flake-coated drumsticks in the baking pan (they shouldn't touch each other) and sprinkle with the seasoned salt and paprika.

Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes.

Have your assistant take them out of the oven with oven mitts.

Serve with a tossed green salad and corn on the cob.
