1 box long grain wild rice mix 4 chicken breasts 1 can whole cranberries 3 tsp. butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. soy sauce Spread out rice in large baking dish. Sprinkle rice packet on top. Put chicken on top of that. In small saucepan put in cranberries, butter, lemon juice and soy sauce. Bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes. |
