CHOP STICK CHICKEN
 

1 chicken, cut up
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. rice (long cooking rice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1/3 stick butter
1 can mushrooms (optional)
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix onion soup, mushroom soup, bouillon, butter and 2 cups water in saucepan. Mix well and bring to boil. Line baking dish with foil. Spread rice over bottom. Place meat on top of rice. Pour mix over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
