6-8 whole chicken legs, skinned 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper 1 tsp. oregano 2 tbsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. onion powder Dash of salt Pepper to taste 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 c. olive oil Combine flour and spices. Brush legs with olive oil and coat with flour mixture. In a large fry pan, heat 1/2 cup olive oil. Fry chicken legs, turning occasionally, until tender. Cover pan while frying. |
