2 lg. boneless chicken breasts 1 lg. bell pepper 1 sm. onion Vegetable oil 3/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt, garlic (pressed) 2 tsp. Hammonds Jamaica sauce Dredge chicken in flour. In large skillet add 2 tablespoons oil. Toss sliced pepper and onion in oil. Push to side. Saute until golden brown. |
