BROWN PAPER BAG CHICKEN IN BARBECUE
SAUCE
 

3 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Grease a double brown bag and place this bag inside another brown bag, the same size. Dip two cut up fryers in the above sauce which has been mixed well. Place chicken inside the greased paper bag, pouring remaining sauce over the chicken. Seal both bags good with staples or masking tape. Place bag on cookie sheet. Place in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake another one hour or until chicken is done. After taking chicken out of bag, roll bag up and throw away.
