1 whole frying chicken 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 c. vinegar (white) 1 pinch accent 1/4 tsp. black pepper 5 cloves garlic (diced) Diced celery and onions can be added
Cut up chicken, wash, dry and put in a boiler.
Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cook on medium to low heat, approximately 1 hour or until done. Baste occasionally.
