1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast 1 c. milk 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 c. flour 1/2 c. cornmeal Cooking oil 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. red pepper BBQ sauce Honey Serves 6. Cut chicken into small pieces and marinate approximately 1 hour in milk and soy sauce; place dry ingredients in small plastic or paper bag. Drop a few pieces of chicken at a time in the bag and shake. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Can be dipped in honey or BBQ sauce. Great party appetizer. |
