1 lb. grated American cheese 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos 4 c. cubed chicken 16 oz. short, flat noodles 1 stick butter Celery Salt and pepper to taste Saute celery; combine with butter. Mix celery, chicken, soup, pimentos, and half of the cheese with cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 5 more minutes at 350 degrees. |
