STEAK OR CHICKEN GLAZE
 

1 1/2 lb. top round steak or 2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken quarters with skin removed
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. honey mustard

1. Remove visible fat from steak and prick both sides of meat. Place steak or chicken in a shallow dish. Pour pineapple juice over meat. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

2. Heat broiler. Remove meat from marinade. Place on rack of broiler pan. Spread with 1 teaspoon mustard. For medium steak broil 8 to 10 minutes longer until cooked as desired. Broil chicken 10 minutes longer or until cooked through. Yield: 6 servings.
