1 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) chicken (you can use whole or cut up) 1 yellow onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 green sweet pepper, chopped Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 2 tbsp. white Worcestershire sauce 1 c. white wine or water 2 chicken broth cubes Wash and dry chicken. Chop vegetables. Place chicken and vegetables in baking dish. Add other ingredients. Cover with tin foil and bake in a 325 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve 4 to 6. |
