7 chicken breast halves 7 chicken legs Salt, pepper, garlic and paprika to taste 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried apricots 1 (8 or 10 oz.) jar apricot preserves 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina or Russian salad dressing Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Place the chicken in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place the apricots over top. Pour the preserves and salad dressing over it. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
