1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up 1/4 c. oil Brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken. Add: 2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped pepper 1 c. ketchup 1 c. barbeque sauce 1 c. water 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. mustard Simmer 10 minutes. Place chicken in pan. Cover with sauce. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti. |
