6 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 (4 oz.) carton sour cream 1 tube Ritz crackers 1 tsp. celery seed 1 1/2 sticks butter Boil chicken until tender. Bone and cut into small pieces. spread over buttered casserole dish. Mix the soup and sour cream; spread over chicken. Crush crackers; mix with celery seed and spread over soup. Melt butter and spread over casserole evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
