2 chicken breasts, halved 2 tbsp. safflower oil 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. tarragon Remove skin from chicken breasts; debone. Combine safflower oil, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and tarragon; pour over chicken. Marinate 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Baste frequently during baking. |
