6 chicken thighs 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped 1/2 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. flour Milk 3 lg. potatoes 1/4 c. green onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper Place the chicken in the bottom of a baking dish so the pieces do not overlap. Cover evenly with potatoes, mushrooms, green onion and cheese. Sprinkle flour over the top evenly. Pour in milk until the chicken is about half covered. Add the butter to the top of the dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Turn the chicken over after 1 hour of cooking. Serves 3. |
