4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut in halves Black pepper Garlic powder 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 can French fried onion rings Rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry. Put in 9 x 12 inch greased pan. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and garlic powder. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle onion rings over chicken mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 8. |
