Combine crumbs and next 4 ingredients in shallow bowl; stir well. Pour milk into a small shallow bowl. Dip each chicken thigh in milk; dredge in corn flake mixture. Place chicken in an 8"x8"x2" baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done. Yield: 4 servings.
