ORANGE BASTED CHICKEN
 

1 cut up fryer or parts
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can frozen orange juice concentrate

Remove skin from chicken lightly brown. Slice onion and saute slightly. Place onion in deep casserole. Place chicken over onion. Pour thawed concentrate over all and baste occasionally while baking. 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
