2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken 1/2 c. diced water chestnuts 1/2 c. diced celery 1 tsp. soy sauce 2/3 c. salad dressing In large bowl combine chicken, water, chestnuts and celery. In a small bowl combine soy sauce and salad dressing. Stir until smooth. Add chicken mixture, blend well spread between slices of bread. Great for lunches. |
