BAKED CHICKEN WITH LIME
 

1 chicken, cut up
2 limes
1/2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, peeled & minced
1 tbsp. paprika
Pinch of pepper
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash the chicken parts and spread them in roasting pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle with all the seasonings. Squeeze the limes and sprinkle the juice over the chicken. Grate the rinds and add to the chicken. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour, basting several times. Easy and delicious. Serves 4.
