BAKED CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
 

2 1/2 lb. chicken breast
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. thin sliced Danish ham
Bread or cracker crumbs

Bone and skin chicken breasts. Butter bottom of baking dish; cover liberally with crumbs. Slice chicken in 1/2 inch strips and place one layer on crumbs; cover with half of the cheese. Add layer of ham and cover with remaining cheese. Add last layer of chicken; sprinkle with crumbs and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 4 to 6.
