KING RANCH CHICKEN
 

1 lg. chicken or 6 breasts
1 pkg. flour (not corn) tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Boil chicken until tender; debone. Set aside. Over medium heat in a large saucepan, mix both cans of soup, chopped onions, jar of jalapeno Cheez Whiz, half of longhorn cheese, grated, and Rotel tomatoes, drained, until all ingredients are blended.

Soak tortillas in chicken broth. Layer bottom of 9 x 12 inch casserole dish with tortillas. Next put one layer of chunk chicken pieces. Top with one layer of sauce. Repeat each layer. Top with remainder of longhorn cheese, grated. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
