1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 3/4 lb. chicken breast, cubed 2 tbsp. oyster sauce 8 green onions & tops cut in 2 inch pieces 3 dry red peppers 3/4 lb. unsalted cashews Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add crushed garlic cloves and cubed chicken breast, saute 4 minutes or so. Add oyster sauce, green onion and red peppers. May need a little water to keep from sticking. Keep stirring until meat is all browned. Add cashews and heat until warm. Serve with rice or a salad. |
