1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
Pepper to taste

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray non-stick spray on cookie sheet. Rinse chicken well, roll in mixture put on cookie sheet. Then spray all chicken once more with non-stick spray before cooking (lightly). Bake for 45 minutes. Great recipe for drumettes!
