LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN (Grill Recipe)
 

2 1/2-3 lb. chicken pieces
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. lemon juice
Paprika

Sprinkle garlic salt, lemon pepper and oregano generously on both sides of chicken. Place in a container; pour lemon juice over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Preheat grill. Place chicken pieces skin side up on grill. Cook chicken with cover down, on low to medium heat 50-55 minutes or until done. Turn and baste about every 10 minutes; sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 servings.
