6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips) 1 lg. onion (cut into strips) 1 lg. green bell pepper (cut into strips) 1 lg. yellow bell pepper (cut into strips) 1 jar Pace picante sauce Fry chicken in a minimal amount of oil. Add onion. As onion and chicken appear to be near finished, add bell peppers and picante sauce. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes. Microwave 10 to 12 small flour tortillas for 40 seconds on high. (Best to dab water between each tortilla). Serve it up. I usually serve grated cheese, sour cream, guacamole and fresh chopped tomato on the table. |
