LEFT OVER TURKEY BONE SOUP
 

4 to 2 qts. water
2 sliced carrots
2 stalks celery, sliced
4 white potatoes
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozen lima beans
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 can tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 tsp. butter

Boil turkey bone with the water. Fry a piece of salt pork and when cooled, add cut up onions and green peppers, then add lima beans and can tomatoes. After limas are done add the rest of vegetables and bay leaf and salt and pepper. If too watery add a little cornstarch and cold water to thicken.
