STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
 

2 c. stuffing crumbs
6 lg. whole chicken breasts, boned and halved
Cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water

Prepare stuffing. Pound chicken thin; salt and pepper. Place 2 teaspoons stuffing on end of chicken breasts; roll in crumbs. Place seam side down on baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Heat soup and seasoning and water. Serve as sauce over breasts. Serve over chicken.
