LEMON CHICKEN
 

Vegetable cooking spray
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 lemon slices

Spray 10 inch skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, heat 1 minute. Add chicken; cook 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, combine soup, red pepper, water, parsley, lemon juice and paprika. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve with lemon slices. Garnish with fresh oregano sprigs, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
