3 tbsp. honey 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 c. white wine or dry sherry 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & split Blend honey, mustard, wine and lemon juice in small mixing bowl. Arrange chicken breasts slightly apart in a baking dish. Pour above mixture over meat and bake, uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Good served with rice. |
