4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves 4 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 c. dry white wine 3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix 1/4 c. melted butter Arrange chicken in a greased baking dish. Top each chicken breast with a cheese slice. Combine soup, mushrooms and wine. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing. Drizzle butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. |
