CORNELL BBQ SAUCE FOR CHICKEN
 

1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 egg
2 lg. chickens in halves or cut up

Mix oil, vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, white pepper, and egg until all is well mixed. Place chicken in large, flat glass baking dish. Pour marinade over. Cover and let marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. Drain chicken. Place chicken on grill over burned down coals until chicken is browned and crisp.
