Wash chicken. Place chicken breast on grill. Brush barbecue to taste using a brush. While the chicken is grilling, saute mushrooms in butter and cooking wine. Remove chicken from grill and place on a cookie sheet. (Place aluminum foil on the sheet to avoid washing later.)
Place grilled chicken on sheet. top chicken with slices of Mozzarella cheese. Place mushrooms on top of cheese. Place in oven and melt cheese. Serve with tossed salad and bread. Hint: Rice - (UNCLE BEN'S®) is also good served with chicken.
