1 lb. boneless chicken breast 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. thyme Lime wedges Combine olive oil, lemon juice and thyme. Whisk together, pour over chicken in 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with lime wedges squeezed over chicken. Is very nice with pasta with ants and green beans. |
