ORANGE-GINGER CHICKEN BREASTS
 

Brown boned chicken breasts WELL DONE. Place in baking dish. In small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 3/4 teaspoons ginger and about 1 1/2 cups orange juice. Pour this mixture into the pan used to brown the chicken and mix thoroughly with the "drippings" on very low heat for a few minutes until thickened. Pour over chicken (if too thick, add more juice). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Cover with foil while baking. Serve with wild and white rice. Serves 4.
