1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. milk 2-3 lb. chicken (skin removed) Combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Dip chicken in combined egg and milk; coat well. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour melted butter over chicken (may have to use a little more butter). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. |
