1 1/2 lbs. cooked potatoes, 4 to 5 medium potatoes
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. radishes, sliced (optional)
1/3 c. cucumber, chopped (optional)

2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard or 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat together and pour over potatoes and sprinkle paprika on top. Serves 6. Can double, etc. recipe.
