4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
3 tsp. cocoa
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour

Mix all ingredients well. Pour in greased pans. Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 egg white
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. hot coffee

Beat egg white until stiff. Add 1 stick butter (softened), sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Then add vanilla and coffee. Spread on cool cake.
