POTATO SOUP WITH DROP DUMPLINGS
 

6-8 med. size potatoes, peeled and diced
2 qt. hot water
2-3 slices bacon, uncooked
1 c. diced celery
Salt and pepper
Onion flakes
Milk
Drop Dumplings: 2 c. Bisquick and 2/3 c. milk

Place all the ingredients in a large pot and cover; simmer until tender, then add 2-3 cups milk. When all this is boiling again, start adding the drop dumplings and cook uncovered for 10 minutes more.
