9 med. potatoes (about 3 lbs.) 3 hard cooked eggs, diced 1/3 c. sliced green onions 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 2 tbsp. chopped pimento Paprika Cook potatoes. Dice into bowl. Pour dressing over warm potatoes. Toss gently. Add celery, onions, green pepper and pimento. Chill.
