HOT DUTCH POTATO SALAD
 

4 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
1/2 pkg. bacon
Onion
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Salt and pepper

Cook potatoes with skins on. Peel and slice.

Fry bacon in pan, cut in small pieces. Save bacon drippings. Cut up one medium onion. Put potatoes, onions, bacon pieces in bowl. Add vinegar, salad oil, bacon drippings in bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir ingredients together. Put in oven and heat until hot. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
