1/2 lb. of peeled potatoes
1/2 lb. of chunked ham
1 chopped onion
4 or 5 strips of chives
1/2 c. of cream or milk
1/2 lb. of Mozzarella cheese
1/2 lb. of Cheddar cheese
Boil the 1/2 pound of peeled potatoes. Take all the other ingredients including: ham, chopped onion, strips of chives and 1/2 cup of milk and combine in a mixing bowl.
When cut up potatoes have been boiled and still kind of stiff, take out of pot and rinse off with cold water. Put potatoes in casserole dish and pour combined ingredients on top. Shred the two types of cheeses until done. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake until golden brown 25 to 30 minutes.
