1 lg. potato 1 tsp. vanilla Powdered sugar (1 to 2 boxes) Peanut butter Peel and boil potato. Drain and mash smooth with a fork. Add vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar until candy can be rolled out as dough. Spread with peanut butter onto dough. Starting with one edge form a roll. Chill about 20 minutes, then slice about 1/4 inch thick. |
