POTATO SALAD DRESSING
 

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. vinegar
1-2 tbsp. prepared mustard (according to taste)
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Blend all the above ingredients, and pour over cooked potatoes, boiled eggs, onion, and celery. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and celery seed. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
