GERMAN HOT POTATO SALAD
 

6 med. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 onion
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook potatoes, dice up in bowl. Cook bacon and add to potatoes. Do not throw out bacon grease. Dice up onions and add to bacon grease and cook onions until translucent. Add vinegar to bacon grease and onions; let come back to a boil. Add slightly beaten egg, then add mixture to potatoes and mix.
